Step back into the golden era of Toronto’s Beaches neighbourhood with the release of our authentic 1984 Original Crew. Patterned from the founder’s own sweatshirt, this vintage-inspired crewneck shares the same beloved cut and relaxed, oversized fit as the original East End classic.

Made from 100% cotton fleece, this crewneck is locally cut, sewn, and garment dyed just like the originals. Our classic “Bimini In the Beaches” logo is embroidered in a dusty pink colour, a nod to the iconic neon sign that graced the store at 2064 Queen Street East from 1978 to 1988.

This is more than a sweatshirt, it’s a piece of Canadian history. Our crew was thoughtfully designed and crafted in Toronto in partnership with Redwood Classics.

Care Instructions

Due to the garment-dying process, the colour of your sweatshirt may run during its first few washes. To extend the life of your crew, please wash in cold water with similar colours, and lie flat to dry.

Dye may also transfer to lighter coloured garments during initial wear.

Fit

This crewneck has a generous, oversized unisex cut. We use a special numbered sizing system, consistent with the original design.
